1. Send Translation File |
Using the ZIP file format, compress the folder, complete with all the "mni", "mno" and "mnt" files, into a single archive called "Translation.zip". Then, send an email to "trans@manganovel.com", attaching the archive to the email.
The sender's address must be an email registered with Manganovel. The subject of the email should be "Translation Upload." The "Translation User Name," "Original Title," "Translation Language" and "Translation name" (the name that will appear on the site next to the translation should it be accepted) should be included in the body of the message.
For example, the following message body would be acceptable:
Translator name : <your Translator Name>
Original Manga Title : <original title> <original title's volume number>
Translation Language : <language the title has been translated into>
Translation name : <name as it will appear on the website>
After registering as a translation user, please enter your Translation Username. If accessing the website from a foreign computer, please make sure that only normal width characters (not double-width characters) are used. Should you forget your username then you can check it on the "Update Information" screen.
Please enter a title for the translation that is in some way based on the name of the original title. Any language can be used.
Please specify the language that your translation is in. Be aware that there are certain languages that you cannot translate into.
Please also specify a name that you would like to appear on the website (a "product name") should the translation actually be accepted. If accessing the website from a foreign computer, please make sure that only normal width characters (not double-width characters) are used.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will not be able to accept any submission that is missing any of the information described above.
We may ask you resubmit your translation depending on its content. Please refer to the next section for a more detailed explanation.

| 2. Check Translation File |
Manganovel.com will check all submitted translations as to whether they can be published or not. Our standard criteria for publication are as follows:
1. Submissions will not violate, or appear to violate, the legal rights of others.
2. Submissions will not contain language that is violent, threatening, discriminatory, or obscene.
3. All pages must be completely translated.
4. The submission will be a translation into a "permitted language" (depending on the title, translations into some languages are not permitted).
5. No other areas of the original title, apart from the text, has been modified or misrepresented.
6. Submissions must use the fonts, which are installed with Windows by default.
After the check, we will contact you about the result. If your translation can be published we will notify you with a publication date. If it cannot be published we will explain the reason why. After correcting your translation you may submit it again.
NOTE:
It takes about a week to check an English translation, and around two to three weeks to check translations into other languages.
